HME engaged FLUID to pitch a concept aimed at enhancing customer retention by aligning customer needs with business objectives across various markets. We developed and presented a strategic vision for TraCX, focusing on a digital platform encompassing three key areas to enhance HME's operational efficiency:

A Centralised Ecosystem: The platform needed to function as a data-driven ecosystem, linking customer satisfaction with team engagement and business goals.
Clear Roadmap: Key features included touchpoint mapping, surfacing actionable insights, and defining next best actions to optimise every step of the customer journey.
Visual Storytelling: A short video helped us communicate our vision of how the platform benefits each user group within the HME ecosystem to stakeholders.

Leading the strategy and concept development for TraCX, I collaborated closely with my talented team to bring the vision to life. We developed infographics showcasing how the platform connects HME’s global goals with their teams and customer experience. Together with our motion designer, I created a storyboard that served as the foundation for the video. This collaborative approach ensured our pitch resonated with stakeholders and effectively communicated the value of the platform.
